A home for the things you want to keep

The Vault is in place. You can keep notes and files in collections, then use a graph view to see how entries and workspaces connect. The files live on your Mac.

An entry can belong to one workspace or stay available more broadly. I caught a bug where an empty workspace borrowed unrelated entries to fill its view. That looked helpful at first glance, but it made the scope misleading. Empty now means empty.

Workflows can read from the Vault or save results into it, with the same permission checks as other tools. It gives research and other useful outputs somewhere to go after a conversation ends.
