Pro and Max include hosted AI credit. No provider key to set up. Choose from the models available in the app and see your remaining balance.
Prepaid top-ups for Pro and Max. You choose the amount; hosted AI pauses when your balance runs out.
Choose a top-up in the app whenever you need more cloud AI. Review its price and usage allowance before purchasing. Different models and tasks use different amounts.
Included credit comes first. Your monthly allowance resets at renewal and does not roll over.
Purchased credit stays. It has no scheduled expiry. You need an active Pro or Max plan to spend it.
No automatic charges for more AI. Top-ups are optional purchases. There is no automatic recharge.

Yes. Your plan controls which IKARUS features you have. Your AI connection controls who supplies the model. A Pro or Max user keeps their paid features when using their own key or local AI.
Local AI can use saved notes and conversation context, but it cannot automatically find related notes by meaning. Browser assistance and automations need a model that supports the required tools. The app shows which features your chosen connection can use.
Hosted AI pauses. You can buy a top-up, wait for renewal, or switch to your own key or a local AI connection. You can still access your data and use manual features.
