Cancel a subscription

Open Settings, then Subscription, and manage billing to cancel renewal. Paid features remain available until the end of your paid billing period. Afterward, Free feature limits apply.

Your local notes, tasks and other work are not deleted when you cancel. Existing data remains available to read and export even if it exceeds Free's workspace limit.

What happens to AI credit?

Included monthly credit does not roll over or convert to cash. Purchased credit has no scheduled expiry, but you need an active Pro or Max plan to use it. Cancellation itself does not create a top-up refund.

Ask for a refund review

Contact support with the account email, purchase date and payment reference. Do not include full card details. Refunded or disputed top-ups have their associated AI credit removed.

Requests will be reviewed under the final refund policy and applicable consumer rights. This draft does not promise an automatic refund or restrict statutory rights. Refund eligibility and timeframes will be published before purchases open.
