IKARUS starts noticing

The last system of the current phase is live. IKARUS now notices what you repeat, using four sources it already has: workflow run history, the action ledger, recorder sessions, and locally kept browsing history.

The thresholds are concrete, not vibes. A tool sequence has to recur in at least three separate sessions before it becomes a suggestion; a browsing route needs four sessions inside two weeks. Every suggestion shows the confidence score behind it.

And it is suggestion-only, enforced. A proposal opens in the workflow editor for your review, nothing approves itself, dismissing a pattern is permanent, and an approved workflow still passes the same permission gate as everything else. A routine you stop using gets revoked rather than firing stale.
