A calmer place to work

I've brought the app onto one design system: a warm background, navy accents and consistent controls, with a dark option for the app. It feels much less like a collection of separate pages now.

Replacing the older interface layers also removed a lot of duplicate code. The approvals queue, health pages and memory browser now share the same basic pieces instead of each doing things their own way.

There was a useful mistake in the process. Removing an old page also removed the only way to reach a working feature. That's now part of the checklist: before a page goes away, check which controls only exist there and give them a new home.
