The instrument gets its face

IKARUS no longer looks like a dashboard. The whole app now runs on one design language: cream paper, a single navy accent, engraved Roman numerals, and a quiet mechanical sound for controls, with a matching warm dark mode.

The satisfying part: the redesign deleted more than it added. The legacy interface layers came out entirely, and the UI module shrank to roughly a quarter of its former size while gaining pages, including an approvals queue, a health suite, and a memory browser with logged forgetting.

A redesign is also where honest bugs hide. The rebuild orphaned a working feature's controls once, which is now a standing lesson in the process: when a page is deleted, list what only that page could reach, and re-home it or retire it explicitly.
