There's a lot of work around the things we actually want to do. Sorting tasks. Finding that note again. Turning a goal into a plan. Remembering to pick the plan back up on Tuesday.
I started building IKARUS at the beginning of June because I'd like some help with that part. An assistant on my Mac that keeps the context, helps me decide what comes next, and can take care of repeatable work once I've told it how much freedom it has.
I don't want another place that demands attention all day. I want to open it, get my bearings, and go do something. The permissions and the record of its actions matter because I still need to know what's happening on my behalf.
