Somewhere along the way, computers stopped saving us time. The inbox refills itself. The calendar negotiates against you. Every app wants a decision, a click, a confirmation, and the sum of it is that the machine sits idle while you do the machine's work.
IKARUS is a bet that this is backwards. It's a personal AI operating system that lives on your Mac, watches for the work that doesn't need you, and does it, with a full paper trail, under rules you set.
It is not a chatbot. You don't feed it prompts all day. It observes, explains what it found, asks when something genuinely needs you, and executes when you say go. The point isn't conversation. The point is that at the end of the week there's a list of things you never had to think about.
