How it works
Choose a mode for each kind of action. Observe blocks and records it. Explain permits the action and posts a notification. Ask blocks it until you change the relevant setting or do the step yourself; it is not a per-action approval popup. Execute permits the action subject to your other limits.
Action History includes blocked attempts as well as actions that ran. The emergency stop halts running plans and blocks actions that change things or reach outside the app, while read access remains available. Review the Executive's tool settings too when narrowing access for one Nexus.
