Vault + memory

Save useful notes and files, then connect them to the work they support.

The problem it solves

Useful context gets lost across conversations and folders. The Vault gives notes and files a place to stay, with collections and workspace links that help you find them again.

Who it helps

For students, researchers, writers and independent professionals who regularly return to source material, project briefs or earlier decisions.

How it works

Add a note, upload a file or group related material into a collection. Link it to a Nexus when it belongs to a particular project, and browse the graph to see connections between saved items and workspaces.

Your files live on your Mac. If you ask a cloud model to work with their information, relevant content is sent to that provider. Local AI can use saved notes and context, but it cannot automatically find related notes by meaning.

The public Mac release is being prepared. Free includes three Nexus workspaces, tasks, goals, habits and notes, with no AI. AI chat, advanced planning, browser assistance and automations need a paid plan and a compatible model. Compare plans or join the waitlist.
